Supreme Court Amicus Brief

The case of Schaffer v. Weast focuses on the rights of parents in special education hearings.  NLCHP filed a joint amicus brief in the Supreme Court case.

NLCHPs support of the parents was shared by other organizations that also submitted amicus briefs.  Supporters of the parents included legal organizations, disability rights groups, and nine states.
