Prohibitions on Sharing Food With People Experiencing Homelessness

The criminalization of homelessness has been an increasing problem over the past 10 years. In a disturbing new trend, some cities are now going one step further, attacking the groups and individuals working to helping homeless people survive.

This report examines current city ordinances and policies restricting groups' ability to share food with homeless people. It also profiles cities who have enacted constructive alternatives to such restrictions.
