How does McKinney-Vento Apply to Your Case?

This flow chart is designed to assist parents, youth, advocates and educators in determining how the McKinney-Vento Act applies to a particular case.  This chart guides the user through the flow chart process to learn what McKinney-Vento rights and services apply in their case, including such rights as immediate enrollment in school without documents, attendance at the school of origin, transportation, and supplemental services.  Each question offers hints to help reach the correct answer and move on through the chart.
