Letter Supporting Human Rights Policies in Lawrence, Kansas

Letter submitted by NLCHP to the city commission of Lawrence, KS urging the City to protect the human rights of homeless individuals by adopting a proposal to provide a free, legal campsite for homeless people in the city and to change its anti-sleeping laws that make it illegal for people to sleep in public places.
